François Muller, CEO & Founder
François studied business administration and international management at the University of St. Gallen and at HEC Lausanne and also completed an MBA in Singapore. After several years as project manager in a large international company, François headed the Swiss office of the consulting firm ICME Healthcare for six years and founded Muller Healthcare Consulting in 2014. As a consultant in the healthcare sector, François has expertise in the optimisation of clinical and non-clinical processes, in the development of innovative business models and in health economic issues.
Paul Bannister, Associate Partner
Paul studied at ETH Zurich and graduated with a degree in food engineering. He boasts more than 10 years of consulting experience with McKinsey & Co. and Cylad Experts, among others. Furthermore, he has worked in project and line management at the two major Swiss banks and two major health insurers. As a healthcare consultant, Paul has in-depth experience in strategy development and implementation, innovative business models, distribution, digitization, and cooperation as well as eco-systems.
Benno Meyerhans, Associate Partner
Benno holds an Executive MBA from the University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration Zurich, Switzerland and the University of Virginia, Darden School of Business, Charlottesville, USA. He also completed study programmes at the Harvard Business School (on leadership in the healthcare sector) and INSEAD Fontainebleau (on innovation). Due to his many years of experience with renowned medical technology companies such as Medtronic and Mölnlycke and as the managing director of a large medical group practice, he has profound knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system and its service providers. His consulting focus and core competencies are in the areas of organisational and infrastructure development, outpatient care, tariffs and home care.
Bertrand Hughes, Associate
Bertrand holds an MBA from INSEAD and has successfully introduced numerous innovative technologies into clinical practice over the past decade, working with and mentoring a wide range of medical technology innovators. His unique expertise lies in understanding the strategic fit of these technologies to healthcare processes and demonstrating their added value.
Franziska Held, Consultant
Franziska complemented her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a Master's in Global Health, which gave her insights into international healthcare systems and hands-on research experience in Uganda. In both programs, her focus was on technology and innovation management. Alongside her work at Muller Healthcare Consulting, she is active as an indoor cycling coach and volunteers with the Samaritan Association. These experiences and interests make Franziska a motivated project leader, dedicated to sustainable healthcare systems and developing innovative, practical solutions to promote efficient processes and integrated care.
Armin Matter, Senior Analyst
Armin graduated from ETH Zurich with a Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences and Technology. To expand his basic knowledge, he placed special emphasis on training in entrepreneurship and economics. Besides his studies, he worked as a ski instructor and outdoor sports coach. Additionally to his interest in sports and health promotion, his focus is on innovative digital solutions to problems in the healthcare sector. Thanks to his knowledge in data science and machine learning, Armin is able to drive digitization projects and create value through data-driven analytics.
Beatrice Kober, Business Analyst
Beatrice completed her studies in Health Sciences and Technology at ETH Zurich, graduating with both a bachelor's and master's degree. During her studies, she placed her focus on medical technology. She was particularly interested in the biomechanical aspects of this field, which she deepened through her master's thesis at the Swiss Center for Movement Analysis (SCMA) at the research institute of the University Center Balgrist. During her studies, she gained practical experience in various medical areas and Swiss hospitals, including sports medicine and preventive cardiology. Beatrice is interested in the interface between healthcare and process optimization, to improve healthcare through innovative solutions.
Yves Heller, Business Analyst
Yves is studying business administration at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and will soon be completing his bachelor's degree with his thesis “Use Cases of AI in the Swiss healthcare sector”. Through his internship at Kantonsspital Baden AG and his work as a student trainee at Swizzard Pharma AG, he was able to gain valuable insights that gave him practical experience in the healthcare sector. Yves is particularly interested in innovative and novel solutions, business models and cooperation models that make everyday medical work easier. He appreciates working with others to achieve goals together that he could not achieve alone.

Dr. med. Golalai Rasoul
Golalai studied human medicine at the Medical University in Innsbruck and holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and a Master of Science in Organisation Studies from the Leopold-Franzens University in Innsbruck. She is currently doing her residency in neurology and has extensive knowledge in stroke neurology, psychiatry and general internal medicine. Her main area of interest is the development and optimisation of treatment models in clinical practice with a focus on patient-oriented care and value-based medicine.

Andrea Preuss is a subject matter expert in infection prevention in inpatient and outpatient healthcare settings.
